How To Add Inches to your Height

You might not have any control over how tall you really are, but there are lots of little tricks to make yourself APPEAR taller. Here's how to add an inch to two (at least) to your height.

Difficulty: Easy

Time Required: n/a

Here's How:

1.   If you really want to appear taller, the first thing that has to go is that extra weight that falls over your belt. You might not think that people notice, but they do. And don't use the excuse that it is middle age spread and that it is natural. It isn't and further more, it's not healthy!

2.   Pay attention to your posture. Without our Mom's constantly telling us to stand up straight, we tend to forget and for some reason, slouching simply feels comfortable. Unfortunately, it also makes you shorter than you actually are.

3.   Brush up on your fashion sense. A man who knows how to dress will catch the eye of a woman faster than anything I know. Luckily for you, there is not a lot of them, so once you have learned a few tricks, you should really stand out!

4.   Don't make the mistake that hundreds of men make and rush out and buy boots with tall heels. It is a sure give-away.

5.   While you are working off that extra ten pounds, pick up some new outfits that are not baggy. Clothes that fit well will make you look like a new man.

6.   I know that you probably won't like this tip, but for just an hour, watch a woman's soap opera and take notes. The best dressed actors, (especially if they are short) will dress in one color, complete with a thin belt. One color from top to bottom will give the impression of length... even if it's not there.
