Quick Tip

Give a little thought to the lunch you make yourself for tomorrow. Instead of just a sandwich and a drink, why not include some:

  • vegetable sticks
  • some low fat, low salt crackers
  • a slice of low fat, low salt slice of cheese (look for swiss)
  • followed by apple slices and lemon
You will have so much to eat, you won't even have time to think about sneaking in a bag of chips. Fill up your lunch break with foods that are not only good for you, but low in calories. Does it get any smarter than that?
