You may not be cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing your skin properly.
For example, many women I know stick with the same skincare products in their 40s that they used in their 20s. But our skin changes over time and while you may have had oily skin in your 20s, you likely have dry or combination skin in your 40s. You also need to up your exfoliating ritual as you get older because skin cells don't turn over as much in our 40s as they did in our younger days. This can leave a layer of dead skin on your face that can make you appear ashen, when what you really would like is to appear youthful! Dewy! 10 years younger than you really are!
In this article, I give you all the good you need to look younger, just by properly cleansing, moisturizing and exfoliating.
