If you have dry skin, your best bets are oil foundations and cream blushes. Many foundations come in "oil free" formulations, but those are made for women with oily or combination skin. Your dry skin needs as much moisture as you can get. Powder blushes are also made for women with oily or combo skin. Powder formulas aren't as flattering as creamy blushes, which help skin appear more dewy. Also consider using a synthetic blush and foundation brush to apply creamy formulas. The natural bristles are better used with powders.
