Best Halloween Hair and Makeup for 2009

It's my opinion that there are two types of people out there: Halloween people and non-Halloween people. Halloween people love the idea of dressing up and spend weeks in costume preparation for themselves, their kids and their pets. They are the sort to decorate banisters with fake spiderwebs.
Non-Halloween people find themselves standing on the periphery of parties and parades enjoying the spectacle while dressed in jeans, a t-shirt and a sad mask.

May be a good article, but when you are greeted with a picture of a real Maiko/Geisha, it kinda ruins it. That is a cultural picture, not a “costume”.
I disagree. Dressing up as a Geisha is very popular at Halloween and what better way to study the hair and makeup than to see an authentic Geisha costume up close? What’s more this is not a picture of a real Geisha, she is a tourist dressed as one.
