A Few Foundation Tips
Friday November 28, 2008
Most women need a couple different types of foundation in their beauty drawer -- a summer formulation and a winter formulation. Chances are that light tinted moisturizer or foundation that you relied on all summer is now too sheer for you this winter. It might also be too dark, because in summer we tend to have tanned skin.
In winter, most women should opt for a super moisturizing foundation (unless you suffer from oily skin, in which case, oil-free foundations are your best bet).
Consider applying your foundation with a brush, which gives more coverage than a sponge or your fingers. Sonia Kashuk's brushes at Target are a good budget option.

its really helpful n i really grab many useful tips from this.
i have found that just two shades of foundation work well for me for the whole year. i’m fair with light eyes and use afterglow cosmetics’s organic mineral foundation in bisque during the winter and sunset during the summer. i use the medium bronzer to bridge the seasons and give me a beautiful glow all year long.
