Top Trichologist Philip Kingsley advises there is no problem washing your hair every day, you wash your face every day so why not your hair?

I think like a lot of things its personal choice, what works for me ie washing and conditioning every day does not work for everbody else.

I have fine, coloured, hair of medium length.

Yes, you wash your face every day, but with what? Water, perhaps some mild soap. Shampoo contains a lot of harsh chemicals, just look up laureth sulphate. Rinsing your hair everyday with water, and conditioning every day is fine. Applying poisonous shampoo to it daily is not.
