I recently blogged about author Charla Krupp's new book, "How Not to Look Old." Check out this TIME Magazine interview with Krupp. Some of my favorite bits:
Isaac Mizrahi's quote on plastic surgery: "Do you want to look 70? Get a facelift."
Her term for older women with fake fingernails: "Dragon-lady nails"
Krupp's advice on foundation: "Wearing less is the secret."

I enjoyed this article very much as well as the words about dressing younger. I think I do most of these things.
I live in a conservative city where most women dress and apply makeup, as in the old days, according to their age. I think by doing this they give up their strength as well as neglecting a healthy attitude of always developing.
Thank you again,
Linda
If anyone is wondering how old she is since she has advised “I will never tell” she is going on 56 years old and lives in NY. So she is pretty for her age and skinny!! I’ll have to read the book (I am borrowing it) to make my final decision. Many are saying that Charla 56 years old is NOT an expert so please everyone be careful taking her advises to heart…read a lot more and do research that are done by the profesionals such as MDs.
