Sassy Bangs Alert! Katie Jumps on the Bandwagon
Saturday December 1, 2007
Just got my hair cut again and I asked for heavy bangs (before they were a bit more sideswept like Reese's here). Antonio did an amazing job (as always) and I feel like a real New Yorker. The only obvious downside to heavy bangs is the upkeep. They need constant trimmings. The great thing is most salons offer free bang trims in between haircuts.

Hi! I wear glasses and I don’t know whether or not those bangs would look good on me. I also have those side swept bangs, but would like to change it up a little bit. Oh, and I have a heart shaped face. Thanks!
hi!
i’m 16 and would like to get heavy bangs…right now my bangs are side swept… i have brown skin and dark hair…i am not to sure about the shape of my face…is there any way i could send you a pic of m yface and you could check if full bangs would suit it?
thank you!
“Katie” is hardly an older woman.Give me Barbara Minty McQueen any day.Sure bangs are great for hiding wrinkled foreheads, but my fine, wavy hair won’t be tamed that way, especially since I only have use of one hand to style my hair since my stroke four years ago at age 45.I did the straight sleek bob in my early 40’s,I need something a little more creative.
