Amazing hair and makeup can be the centerpiece of an amazing Halloween costume. I've scrounged around and come up with some of the hottest spots for Halloween makeup ideas, wigs and more.
My favorite site for Halloween makeup is Makeup Mania, a company based in NYC. They provide theatrical makeup for the film and stage business, and as you can imagine Halloween is the company's favorite holiday. Check out their collection of cool wigs (Marie Antoinette anyone?) and their examples of Halloween makeup.
Another great resource for Halloween wigs is Anywigs.com. You can get all sorts of wigs at many different prices. Click on their 'costume' section to see what's on sale.
