Last week, we featured part 1 of anti-aging guru Dr. Perricone's secrets to great skin (and we are all eating more salmon because of it). I got a lot of positive feedback from readers on the first part, so I'm excited to present part 2 this week. This 27-minute podcast features "facelift in a fridge," the importance of vitamin C on your skin, how to look 10 years younger and keeping wrinkles at bay. Dr.Dr. Perricone’s information very informative and helpful for me because I have RA. I have been researching which diets are helpful to relieve the inflamation (swelling and pain) in my joints. As a result Dr. Perricone’s interview, I am now eating more “wild” salmon. I’ve also ordered 2 of his books,but unfortuately I still haven’t rec’d them so I can’t comment on them yet. thank you.
