I already shared with you how great an eye makeup remover Vaseline (or generic petroleum jelly) is. But it also works on chapped lips. Slick on a lot of Vaseline on your lips, then using a fresh toothbrush (not the one you use every day), massage the Vaseline into your lips. This will get rid of dry, scaly dead skin & will leave your lips soft & chap-free.

I belive vaseline also works as a mascara, it doesn’t clump and it seems to keep your eyelashes in shape for a long time. I love it as a lip gloss as well.
